Option 1: Kilo Code

Another extension for VSCode with powerful capabilities including, chat, analyzing and editing your code and autocompletion. Click here to get to the setup and tutorial.

Option 3: Built in GitHub Copilot

This one does not require your API key, only your ETH student mail and some patience. Click here to get to the tutorial on how to request a free membership for students.

Option 4: Cursor editor

You could also go with a whole new IDE, which is very similar to VSCode but has more built in AI capabilities. Cursor also does not work (fully) with your API key, but as with GitHub Copilot, they offer a free membership for students. Click here for more information.
