Why do these sparring partners help?

These sparring partners are individuals who are intrinsically motivated and unpaid, who are willing to regularly give back to the SPH community in a skill-based volunteering model. Their intention is to grant an outside perspective and generate impulses that can aid you in your current challenge.

How does it work?

  1. Search for the sparring partner, who is best suited in giving you input & aiding you in your challenge
  2. Request a meeting by filling out the form, in the sparring partner's profile. In the case of sparring partners who are part of the SPH staff, we provide you with a direct link to their Slack profile to contact them.
  3. Your SPH-coach will review and approve your request.
  4. You will receive an email putting you in touch with the sparring partner**.**
  5. Set a date and time and meet with ****the requested sparring partner.
  6. A month after we put you in touch with the sparring partner we will send you a feedback form asking if the meeting took place and for your feedback on the meeting.

We trust every project applying to have also read the expectation section below!
